Our journey begins with the radical acknowledgment that we live in an unjust and often challenging world. However, we firmly believe in our power, capability, and strength as a formidable force in both spiritual and economic battles. Most importantly, we are confident that together, as a united community, we are even more capable of achieving victory.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to establish a dedicated project team. With these resources, we aim to compensate experienced project management professionals, whom we've connected with through our work and network, to address real-world challenges in real time. We believe that impactful, successful projects don’t require excessive funding or endless timelines. Meaningful solutions that enhance the quality of life for those most in need can be achieved efficiently and effectively with the right approach and resources.

Black Women Solve Problems aims to create professional problem solving space with the Crowned Problem Solvers to address social & economic challenges.

In the final quarter of 2024, our efforts will be dedicated to strengthening this community. Funds will be allocated strategically and thoughtfully, with transparency as a cornerstone of our approach. Detailed reports on fund usage will be made available every 30 days in a downloadable PDF on this site. Our goal is to build trust through transparency and cultivate a community of individuals committed to action and integrity.

We have secured an office space, and 25% of the funds will be directed toward properly equipping it to host meetings, workshops, virtual planning sessions, and more. This space, along with its resources, will be made available at no cost to community builders and problem solvers.

The remaining funds will be allocated as follows: another 25% of funds will be designated to support five distinguished and forward-thinking project managers, social workers, community leaders, problem solvers, and human rights advocates. These individuals will be carefully vetted and sponsored through a collaborative process with our community.

In addition to Black Women Solve Problems, the focal projects that will be facilitated with these resources include Sponsoring People Who Are Ready to Solve Problems and Supporting the Black Man That Can.

Are you or your organization interested in learning more about these projects? Might you have ideas and expertise you can offer to these projects? Do you know any project managers or social justice professionals to nominate for sponsorship? Get in touch.
